Yes — all Brunei-issued Visa and Mastercard cards are accepted, as well as overseas cards. Payments are processed securely through Baiduri Bank’s CyberSource gateway.
Do I need to download an app?
No app download needed. Book directly on the web from any browser. On your phone, tap “Add to Home Screen” for faster access — it works like an app without any install.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes — full refund up to 24 hours before your slot. Within 24 hours, the booking can be transferred to another player.
Is equipment available to rent?
Paddles and balls are available at Lamunin and Tutong. Add them at checkout or pay at the front desk.
